To all patients of Dr. Li Low,

This notice is to inform you, as of January 23rd 2019, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, Dr. Li Low will be returning to the UK.

Imperial Medical Clinic will make the highest effort to ensure continuity of your care with our family physicians in the meantime.

Additionally, Dr. Matthew Kalinowski will be joining our practice February 4th 2019 and will be accepting family practice patients. Should you be interested in transferring to his care, please contact our clinic to book an appointment with Dr. Kalinowski.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, but as you can understand, this situation was beyond our control.

Again, we will make our best efforts to ensure a seamless transition of your care.

Patients who have transferred their old files to Dr. Low, will not be charged to transfer them elsewhere if they wish to do so.
