My name is Vermonte Wong and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. My specialties include young adults & youth counselling, and supporting members of the LGBTQ2 communities. I am a collaborative and client-centered therapist who utilizes a mixed modality, such as EMDR, CBT, acceptance and commitment, DBT, and somatic/mindfulness, with a cultural-sensitive lens.
