This will also apply to their accompanying children under 12, regardless of whether or not the children are vaccinated.
- Individuals with right of entry include: Canadian citizens, permanent residents, those registered under the Indian Act, and their accompanying children under 12. Check if you qualify as fully vaccinated

2021 Flu Shots
LAST UPDATED 2 Nov 2021 @ 14:45

Imperial Medical Clinic will be receiving our supply of Flu (Immunization) Shots for the 2021/22 season.
As COVID-19 restrictions ease, we can expect a return of influenza circulation in the community. Influenza – or the flu – spreads very easily, and can cause serious complications or death in vulnerable people, including young children and hospital patients or long-term care residents. You can spread influenza for 24 hours before you have any symptoms, so you can pass influenza on to your family and friends before you even know you are sick.
The most effective way to prevent the spread of influenza is by getting the influenza vaccine, staying home when sick, and washing your hands regularly.
So far, we have received the following flu vaccines stocked:
Fluzone Quadrivalent (2021-2022)
FluLaval TETRA (2021-2022)
FluMist (2021-2022, for ages 2-12)
FLU SHOTS are available for the next 3-5 weeks, every:
TUESDAYS 10:30AM – 12:00PM
WEDNESDAYS 3:00PM – 5:00PM
SATURDAYS TBD
Please call the clinic to book your flu shot appoinment.

An Important Notice From Dr. KalinowskiThere will be some changes to Dr. Kalinowski’s schedule, effective June 21, 2021. |

Dear Patients: I am writing to inform you that I have made the difficult decision to permanently move my medical practice to Downtown Vancouver. My last day of practice in Imperial Medical Clinic will be November 1st, 2021. Despite my best efforts, working out of more than one clinic became increasingly unsustainable. Moving forward I plan to practice out of one location only, providing a single point of care throughout the entire week. Your medical records/chart will automatically be transferred to my new downtown office. For those who would like me to continue to care for them, I will be more than happy to continue your care at my new office location. I understand the distance may be inconvenient and not desirable; many may decide to remain locally. I will continue to care for you in Burnaby until November 1st, 2021 to provide you adequate time to find another medical practitioner if you decide to leave my care. The new office downtown office is: SKY MEDICAL CLINIC 305-1160 Burrard Street Vancouver BC V6Z 2E8 T: 604 681 8735; F: 604 608 8740 email: drkalinowski.moa@outlook.com If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Imperial Medical Clinic for further information.
